Herb Edelstein is an internationally recognized expert in data mining, data warehousing and client-server computing, consulting to both computer vendors and users. His expertise has been recognized with numerous invitations to chair and keynote conferences on these topics. He is a founder of The Data Warehousing Institute. A widely published author, he has also co-edited two books on data warehousing and is co-author of the Two Crows data mining reports. Prior to Two Crows, Herb was a founding partner of Euclid Associates, a consulting firm specializing in data warehousing and data management. Herb was also vice president of marketing and sales at Sybase, vice president of marketing and sales at International Database Systems, general manager of the Model 204 division of Computer Corporation of America, and a consultant for American Management Systems. He has degrees from the University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University and Carnegie-Mellon University.

Janet Millenson was previously a partner in Euclid Associates, specializing in market research and new product introduction. She has extensive experience in information systems marketing and consulting. She served as Manager of Strategic Planning for Sperry’s Office Information Systems Division, and as a sales and marketing executive at Data Resources, Inc. She has also been editor of several information-industry newsletters, and Marketing Director for World Savings. Janet has a B.A. in Logical Systems from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in Management (marketing concentration) from the Sloan School, M.I.T.
